Welcome to the beach "La Lette Blanche"

A few kilometres from the villages of Vielle-Saint-Girons and Léon, Lette Blanche beach perfectly combines breathtaking landscapes and all the comfort of a family beach.

Nicknamed “La Lette” by locals and regulars, you can access this jewel of Côte Landes Nature by following a signs from the Pichelèbe road (D328) towards Moliets or by following the cycle path.

This sumptuous beach is one of the best-kept secrets in the Landes.

Leave your car in the shady car park and take the wooden walkway to the top of the dunes, a grandiose viewpoint over the waves… you’ve arrived in paradise!

    The vastness of the ocean, which extends as far as the eye can see, makes you feel you’ve arrived at the last step of the world.

    Supervised in summer, the Lette Blanche beach is a delight for families, who come to bask in the sun and indulge in the pleasures of surfing and bodyboarding. It’s also a favourite place for walkers who want to clear their heads and get in touch with nature!

    The wild landscapes of the Lette Blanche beach are an incredible sight at sunset, a daily ritual where local people and holidaymakers meet to savour this magical spectacle.

    Facilities at the Lette Blanche beach

    • For safe swimming, the beach is supervised from the 1st of July to the 31st of August.
    • The beach is equipped with toilets and a lifeguard station.
    • People with reduced mobility can access the beach equipped with a tiralo and swim in safety. Just ask at the First Aid Station.
    • The beach is authorised for dogs on a leash, but not in the water.
