For your physical, mental, emotional and energetic well-being, Jana offers yogatherapy and naturopathic treatments (massages, foot reflexology, sound healing, aromatherapy, Bach flowers, auriculotherapy, cranial acupuncture and herbal medicine).Yoga classes are suitable for students of all levels, advanced as beginners are welcome. During low season we practice in the forest, by the ocean and the lake or indoors depending on the weather.
