Leaving the village of Lit in the direction of Mixe, we take the road to the forest house of Yons. Not far from the forest house and the Vélodyssée, below, flows a spring of ferruginous water.
It was dedicated to Notre-Dame de Yons in the distant past. Its water is still used for stomach aches and "getting back into shape" thanks to its high iron content.
